Setting up an InnovateMR respondent source

Accounts on the Team or Enterprise plans can field surveys through InnovateMR. The setup is similar to the generic bring your own sample flow, but pre-configured for InnovateMR so you do not need to enter every exit URL by hand.

To get started, choose InnovateMR from the respondent source box when you create a new respondent source. You will see the standard fields for any respondent source — name, target responses, days in field, market, default language, domain, and price — followed by a Sample Integration section.

Sample integration

The only field you need to fill in here is the Survey Identifier. This is the InnovateMR survey identifier that the platform uses as the generated ejid completion parameter.

Once you provide the survey identifier, the platform automatically fills in every exit URL — complete, terminated, refused consent, quota screenout, quota overquota, poor quality, duplicate respondent, and invalid URL — using InnovateMR's https://edgeapi.innovatemr.net/surveyDone format with the appropriate status code for each outcome. You do not need to enter or edit these URLs manually.

Sending the link to InnovateMR

Save the respondent source and then copy the survey link from the respondent source list. Send that link to your InnovateMR contact for fielding — they will append their own parameters when redirecting respondents into the survey, and the exit URLs you configured will return respondents back to InnovateMR with the correct status code at the end of the survey.
