Is Decipher the same as Confirmit or FocusVision?
They are different products brought together by successive mergers. FocusVision acquired Decipher in 2015, Confirmit and FocusVision merged in 2021 to form Forsta, and Qualtrics completed its acquisition of Press Ganey Forsta in May 2026. Decipher is a distinct survey platform; evaluate Confirmit and other Forsta products against their own study requirements.
