How our pricing works in practice
Choose a quote for a single project or an annual plan. We agree the survey length, expected respondent count and scope before fieldwork. The quote shows platform costs and any additional work.
For example, 1,000 respondents × a 5-minute survey = 5,000 respondent-minutes.
On annual plans, overages are not billed separately. Actual usage is taken into account when the plan renews.
Sample is separate from platform production. If you bring your own provider, you pay that supplier directly. If MX8 Labs sources respondents, your quote shows the sample cost and a disclosed markup. Data ingestion, such as bulk loading pixel or exposure records, also carries a separate charge.

For planning, 1,000 respondents completing a 5-minute survey represent 5,000 respondent-minutes. This is a volume example, not a dollar rate or a quote. Your project or annual volume and the agreed study profile are reflected in your quote.
What happens if I exceed my annual volume?
Overages are not charged separately. Actual usage is taken into account when your annual plan renews.
