This page is where you can review what MX8 Labs collects about you, ask to see the data we hold, or have it corrected, exported, or deleted. MX8 Labs operates the MX8 Labs Research Platform, which runs online surveys on behalf of research buyers. In that work we process two broad categories of personal data: the contact details of platform users (our customers) and the survey responses of respondents who take part in studies hosted on our platform. The rights described below apply to both.

Depending on your location, you may have rights under various privacy regulations including:

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

How MX8 Labs Handles Your Data

MX8 Labs treats respondent and user data as a trust relationship, not a resource to be mined. Survey responses are collected for the explicit purpose described in each study's consent notice and are only shared with the research buyer that commissioned the study. We do not sell personal data, we do not use survey responses for unrelated marketing, and we do not retain identifiable responses longer than the study's stated retention period.

Platform-user data — the account details of research professionals who operate the MX8 Labs Research Platform — is retained for as long as the account is active, plus the minimum period required by applicable law. When you ask us to delete an account, the associated personal data is removed from production systems on the timeline described in our Privacy Policy, and eventually purged from backups on the normal backup-rotation cycle.

If you are a research respondent who took a survey hosted on MX8 Labs and want your responses removed, the fastest path is to email privacy@mx8.io with the survey name or project ID from the invitation you received. Including that identifier helps us locate your records without needing additional identifying information.
