MX8 Labs now supports data residency in multiple geographic regions, including US-based hosting for North American operations and EU-based hosting for European and international markets. When you set up an account, you specify your region once. Your survey data, respondent information, and all processing stays in that geographic region. Chat interactions, survey responses, reporting data, and API results all remain where you specified them.
This applies across our entire platform: the Chat UI, Survey API, Reporting API, Respondent Sources API, and our Python library all respect your regional requirements. Even our VPC deployment options are available per region.
Built for Compliance, Not Bolted On
We didn't add this as an afterthought. Multi-region architecture is woven into how MX8 Labs works.
Beyond regional hosting, we've baked in the compliance controls that matter. GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA compliance are built into the platform, with consent management, configurable data retention controls, and PII handling and scrubbing capabilities for sensitive research. Analytics integrations never transfer respondent-level data, only aggregate insights. Your respondents' personally identifiable information stays completely separate from your analytics view. You get the insights you need without the compliance risk.
