How our pricing works in practice

Pricing is consumption-based. You pay for the minutes respondents actually spend inside your surveys, which means cost scales cleanly with volume — not with the number of seats, features, or studies you run in a year. Field one study this month and ten the next; the math works the same way either way. There are no platform fees, no per-user licenses, and no paywalls around specific methodologies.

Respondent costs are pass-through. If you bring your own panel or voter file, you pay your supplier directly and we charge nothing on top. If you'd rather we source sample for you, we'll quote the panel cost at the rate we pay and apply a small, disclosed markup — you always see what the respondent rate is and what our share is. That's it. No hidden margin baked into blended CPIs.

Typical clients land somewhere between a few thousand dollars for a quick-turn concept test and tens of thousands for a multi-wave tracker with heavy sample. Teams running steady programs usually settle into an annual commitment that reflects their expected respondent-minute volume, which keeps the per-study math predictable and removes the need to negotiate each project from scratch.
