According to the [Restaurant Consumer Insights Report 2025 survey](https://convert.wunderkind.co/2025-restaurant-consumer-insights-report/?utm_source=fabr[%E2%80%A6]m=pr&utm_campaign=2025-restaurant-consumer-insights-report), conducted with MX8 Labs, Millennials and Gen Z customers are most likely to use services like Uber Eats or DoorDash, at 29% and 18%, respectively. Gen X, meanwhile, prefers ordering directly from a restaurant website or mobile app, at 22%.
